Environmental
Refers to how our company affects the natural environment. As the ROMGOS Group, we want to be an active participant in the energy transition process in the construction industry in Poland. We are calculating the carbon footprint and preparing to develop a decarbonization policy. We manage waste and protect the environment.
Social
Focuses on the company’s relationships with employees, customers, suppliers and the communities in which it operates. As ROMGOS Group, we place special emphasis on safety and working conditions, we have implemented the Code of Conduct for Suppliers and we are in dialogue with representatives of local communities.
Governance
Refers to the way a company is managed. As ROMGOS Group, we care about conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner, adhering to the provisions of our Code of Ethics and Anti-Corruption Policy. We expect the same from our suppliers and their supply chain.
